Of all the waterfalls I’ve ever seen and photographed, Proxy falls is my all-time favorite. The mossy boulders and fallen trees create combined with the cool mist and sound of the water roaring down the mountainside creates a powerful yet ethereal and incredibly sensual experience. This session didn’t disappoint as the fallen autumn maple leaves provided an amazing yellow contrast to the soft green that seems to be everywhere in sight. I’ll never forget the amazing feeling of standing in this awe-inspiring place.
